The resources that we use are open to the public for free or paid . You are paying for our time and effort in assisting you in interpreting it . If you are unsatisfied, this is why we require a consultation before any other bookings, to help both client and owner to decide on the course going forward. This is to ensure that the business is proved to be beneficial to both client and business owner.  We have a "NO REFUND" policy, meaning that in the case that you "dispute" any charges that this is a protection that you the patron agreed to the policy and understand that providing your sensitive information is bonding. This is also your reminder to check privacy policy .

In the manner that you miss your allotted time or your booking, you may reach out via a contact option to reschedule your session, we will do our best to find a time that best fit both client and owner.
